摘要
为了改善钢的摩擦学性能,需要对钢表面进行改性以生成陶瓷膜层。目前,很多制备陶瓷膜层的方法都需要在高温下操作,但这些方法会降低涂层的力学性能。其中微弧氧化技术可以获得耐磨性较高的附着力强的陶瓷膜层,然而该技术一般只能用于阀金属,在钢表面进行微弧氧化时需将钢进行预处理。目前被广泛应用于钢微弧氧化复合膜层的预处理工艺主要包括热浸镀、喷涂(热喷涂、冷喷涂)与离子镀(多弧离子镀、磁控溅射等),综合分析了每种方法技术的优缺点。
In order to improve the tribological property of steel,it is necessary to modify the surface of steel to generate ceramic film.At present,many methods for preparing ceramic film need to be operated at high temperature,which can reduce the mechanical properties of the coating.The micro-arc oxidation technology can obtain the ceramic film with high wear resistance and strong adhesion,but the micro-arc oxidation technology can only be used for valve metal in general.Therefore,the micro-arc oxidation on the steel surface is to pretreat the steel.The pretreatment processes widely used in steel micro-arc oxidation composite film mainly include hot dip plating,spraying(hot spraying,cold spraying) and ion plating(multi-arc ion plating,magnetron sputtering,etc.).Meanwhlie,the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed.
