摘要
主要对铸造Fe-Si-Mn-Cr低合金耐磨钢进行了4种不同工艺的热处理,采用金相组织观察、硬度测试、冲击性能测试及冲击断口分析系统研究了不同热处理工艺对耐磨钢的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:低合金耐磨钢的铸态组织为铁素体+珠光体,在淬火/正火+回火处理后,可以获得马氏体、贝氏体、M/A岛组织;经过910℃油淬/正火+250℃回火处理的耐磨钢表现出较好的硬度和韧性匹配,其硬度和冲击韧性分别为47.2 HRC+26.2 J/cm~2和41.6 HRC+57.2 J/cm~2。
Four different heat-treatment techniques were conducted for Fe-Si-Mn-Cr low-alloy wear-resistant steel.The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of wear-resistant steel were studied by microstructure observation,hardness test,impact performance test and impact fracture analysis system.The results show that the wear-resistant steel is composed of ferrite and pearlite,which can transform to martensite,bainite and M/A islands after the heat treatments of quenching/normalizing+tempering.Under the heat treatments of quenching at 910 ℃and normalizing followed by tempering at 250 ℃,the low-alloy wear-resistant steel shows relatively better matching between hardness and toughness.The hardness and impacting toughness of 47.2 HRC +26.2 J/cm2and 41.6 HRC +57.2 J/cm2are obtained,respectively.
