摘要
采用带式轧制方式得到1.6 mm厚度CP-1纯钛带材,为了改善材料的塑性成形性能和指导后期制定冲压成形工艺,测试了不同热处理温度和表面状态下带材的杯突值(IE),分析了不同工艺处理后带材的显微组织、拉伸性能和表面硬度,研究了CP-1纯钛带材杯突值与热处理温度及表面腐蚀状态的关系,结果发现,在660~800℃,随着热处理温度增加,杯突值由6.3 mm降至5.0 mm,高温处理显著降低了CP-1纯钛带材杯突值;表面腐蚀减薄处理可以改善CP-1带材的杯突性能,在0.01~0.13 mm,随着腐蚀量增加,杯突值由5.8 mm提高至6.2 mm。
The 1.6 mm thickness CP-1 pure titanium strip was obtained by strip rolling method.In order to improve the plastic forming performance and guide the stamping forming process,the microstructure,tensile properties and surface micro-hardness of pure titanium stripes under different heat-treated temperatures or with different surface states were analyzed.Also,the cupping test values(IE) were measured.The relationships between IE and heat-treated temperature or the surface state were studied.The results show that the IE value decreases from 6.3 mm to 5.0 mm with the heat-treated temperature increasing from 660 ℃ to 800 ℃,and the IE value decreases sharply at higher temperature range.The IE value of pure titanium strip is improved by surface acid cleaning.Within the thickness reduction range of 0.01 mm to 0.13 mm,the IE value is increased from 5.8 mm to 6.2 mm with increasing the thickness reduction.
