摘要
采用QPQ工艺对20CrMn5齿轮进行了强化,并对其组织、硬度、摩擦性能、疲劳性能进行测试。试验结果表明,QPQ处理可以生成厚度为20μm左右的碳/氮复合强化层,表面平均硬度为702 HV0.3,相比未处理齿轮表面硬度提高52.3%;而心部硬度降低为250 HV0.3,具有更优异的韧性。同时,处理后齿轮的耐磨减磨性均得到大幅提升,且具有优异的接触疲劳与弯曲疲劳性能。
20CrMn5 gear was strengthened by QPQ process,and its microstructure,hardness,friction performance and fatigue performance were tested.The experimental results show that QPQ treatment can generate a carbon/nitrogen composite strengthening layer with a thickness of about 20 μm,and the average surface hardness is 702 HV0.3,which is 52.3% higher than that of the untreated gear surface.The core hardness is reduced to 250 HV0.3,and it has more excellent toughness.At the same time,the wear resistance and wear reduction of the treated gear are greatly improved,and it has excellent contact fatigue and bending fatigue performance.
