摘要
研究了TC11合金棒材经过不同终锻温度锻造及不同温度一次退火处理后,其显微组织和力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,随着终锻温度及一次退火温度向相变点升高,TC11合金初生α相含量降低,终锻温度向相变点每升高20℃,初生α相含量最大降低25%;一次退火温度向相变点每升高10℃,初生α相含量最大降低10%。当等轴α相的含量在30%~60%的范围内波动时,合金的强度并没有发生大幅度变化,这说明终锻温度和一次退火温度的小范围波动并不会引起合金性能的显著变化。
The changes of the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC11 alloy bar after different final forging temperatures and primary annealing temperatures were studied.The results show that the content of primary α phase of TC11alloy decreases with the increase of the final forging temperature and primary annealing temperature towards phase transformation temperature.The content of primary α phase decreases by 25% maximum when the final forging temperature increases by 20 ℃,the content of primary α phase decreases by 10% maximum with the increase of primary annealing temperature by 10 ℃.The strength of the alloy does not change greatly when the content of equiaxed α phase fluctuates in the range of 30%-60%,which indicates that the small range of final forging temperature and primary annealing temperature do not cause significant changes of properties of the alloy.
