石墨烯嵌层碳膜基微型超级电容器的制造及其电化学性能

摘要 提出以电子回旋共振低能电子照射技术制备的石墨烯嵌层碳膜为电极构建微型超级电容器,研究了其储能特性。试验结果表明,对于石墨烯嵌层碳膜,在非晶网格中均匀嵌有石墨烯纳晶,碳原子密度为1.67g/cm~3,结构较为疏松,且由于溅射沉积,与集流体具有良好的结合力。通过面对面组装构建的微型超级电容器展现出良好的电化学性能,时间常数仅为3.6ms,当电流密度为0.5mA/cm~2时,单个石墨烯嵌层碳膜电极的体积比电容为3.21F/cm3,能量密度为0.07mW·h/cm~3,功率密度为2.03W/cm~3。 A microsupercapacitor with graphene sheets embedded carbon(GSEC) film electrode based on electron cyclotron resonance low energy electron irradiation technology was proposed and its electrochemical performance was studied.The results show that in the GSEC film,graphene nanocrystallites are embedded in amorphous carbon lattice.The density of the GSEC film is 1.67 g/cm3,indicating its atom arrangement is loose.The carbon atoms in the GSEC film are sputtered from carbon target and then deposited on current collector,so the film show the excellent adhesion force.A GSEC film based microsupercapacitor is assembled by face to face and the device presents good electrochemical performance.The relaxation time of the microsupercapacitor device is 3.6 ms.When the applied current density is 0.5 m A/cm2,the volumetric capacitance,volumetric energy density and volumetric power density of the single electrode are 3.21 F/cm3,0.07 m W·h/cm3and 2.03 W/cm3,respectively.
