摘要
激光熔覆技术能有效改善钛合金表面性能,材料的选择对提高钛合金表面耐磨性至关重要。综述了近年来钛合金表面不同耐磨材料体系的研究现状,讨论了钛合金表面激光熔覆耐磨涂层存在的问题。最后,展望了钛合金表面激光熔覆耐磨涂层材料和技术的发展方向。
Laser cladding technology can effectively improve the surface properties of titanium alloys,and the material selection is essential to improve the wear resistance of titanium alloys.The research status of different wear resistant material systems on titanium alloy surface in recent years was reviewed.The problems of laser cladding wear resistant coating on titanium alloy surface were discussed.Finally,the development direction of laser cladding wear resistant coating material and technology on titanium alloy surface was prospected.
