摘要
采用OM、SEM、铁素体测量仪、维氏硬度计、万能试验机等研究了不同变形量的冷轧工艺对00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N双相不锈钢微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:热轧态00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N钢的组织为铁素体和奥氏体双相组织。随着变形量的增加,两相组织沿着冷轧变形方向被拉长,组织中越来越多的奥氏体转变为形变诱导马氏体。当冷轧变形量达到55%时,00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N钢中奥氏体基本转变为形变诱导马氏体。随着冷轧变形量的增加,00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N钢的硬度、抗拉强度不断升高,塑性不断下降,强塑积先升高后降低。冷轧态00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N钢中,变形量20%冷轧的试验钢的强塑积最佳,为15713.2 MPa·%。
The effects of cold rolling process with different deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N duplex stainless steel were studied by OM,SEM,ferrite measuring instrument,Vickers hardness tester and universal testing machine.The results show that the microstructure of the hot rolled 00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N steel is ferrite and austenite.With the increase of deformation amount,the microstructure of the two phases is elongated along the direction of cold rolling deformation,and more and more austenite phases in the microstructure are transformed to deformed induced martensite.When the cold rolling deformation amount reaches 55%,the austenite in 00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N steel is basically transformed to deformed martensite.With the increase of cold rolling deformation,the hardness and tensile strength of 00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N steel increase continuously,while the plasticity decreases continuously,and the strong plastic product first increases then decreases.In cold rolled 00Cr21Mn5Ni1.5N steel,the test steel with 20% cold rolled deformation has the best strong plastic product,which is 15713.2 MPa%.
