摘要
在柴油机阀体锻件试制过程中,其表面出现肉眼可见的微小线性缺陷。为了确定阀体的缺陷性质和解决该锻件质量问题,对缺陷部位进行了宏观、微观观察和成分分析。结果显示,该缺陷属于金属流动不合理造成的折叠缺陷。通过修改制坯型槽及更换坯料规格,该缺陷得到解决。
During the trial production of a diesel valve body forging,visible small visible linear defect appeared on the surface.In order to determine the defect property and solve the quality problem,macroscopic and microscopic observations and composition analysis were performed on the defect sites.The results show that the defect is fold defect caused by improper metal flow.The defect is solved by modification of preform mold and replacement of blank specification.
