中国专利奖视角下中国医药领域创新发展状况

Innovation and development status of Chinas pharmaceutical industry from the perspective of China patent awards

文章从专利数量、专利分类、技术分支等多个维度对历届中国专利奖医药领域获奖专利进行分析研究。研究表明:获奖专利呈阶段式增长趋势,近八成专利技术与化学药和中药有关;中国东部及东北地区医药产业创新优势明显;企业是医药领域自主创新的主力军;研发热点聚焦抗感染、心脑血管疾病及抗肿瘤药物。针对医药领域自主创新能力不强等问题提出建议,展望中国专利奖在激励创新和促进医药产业高质量发展中发挥更加重要的作用。

Through the analysis and research of previous China patent awards in pharmaceutical field from the number of patents,etc.,it is shown that the awarded patents of the China patent awards in pharmaceutical field are periodically increasing,nearly eighty-percent of the patented technology is related to chemistry drugs and traditional Chinese medicine.Advantages of pharmaceutical industry are obvious in the East and Northeast of China.Enterprises are the main force of independent innovation.This article pats forward suggestions for problems such as weak independent innovation ability,etc.The China patent award is of great value to inspire innovation of industry and boost high-quality development of pharmaceutical industry.
