摘要
宁夏地处黄土高原,受自然地理因素影响和资源环境条件制约,宁夏农业逐步形成北部引黄灌区、中部干旱带、南部山区三大类型区,其自然地貌、降水分布及灌溉条件差异明显,种植作物和灌溉模式也大不相同。因此,高标准农田建设要根据区域特性的差异来科学选择建设模式,以保障工程建设的实用性。通过分析三大类型区地形地貌、气候特征、灌溉条件和产业发展特点,探索提出宁夏高标准农田工程建设分区及重点建设任务,统筹推进田、土、水、路、林、电、技、管综合治理,满足现代农业发展需要。
Located in the Loess plateau,influenced by natural geographical factors and restricted by resource conditions,the agriculture industry in Ningxia has gradually developed into three different types,namely,the northern Yellow River irrigation area,the central arid zone and the southern mountainous area.Natural landform,precipitation distribution and irrigation conditions,planting crops and irrigation models in the three areas differ greatly.Therefore,the construction of high standard farmland should be scientifically selected based on the differences in regional characteristics to ensure the practicality of engineering construction.To meet the needs of modern agricultural development,the article analyzes the terrain and topography,climate characteristics,irrigation conditions,and industrial development characteristics of the three areas,explores and proposes the construction zoning and key construction tasks of high standard farmland projects,and comprehensively promotes the comprehensive management of fields,soil,water,roads,forests,electricity,technology and management.
