园子村牛羊养殖产业发展建议

Suggestions for the Development of Cattle and Sheep Breeding Industry in Yuanzi Village

通过对园子村牛、羊养殖户的走访调研发现,农民养殖牛、羊的积极性较高,但存在养殖技术落后、管理粗放、市场信息闭塞等方面问题。针对问题提出政府在实施乡村振兴战略方面应作好引导和政策支持,在金融政策上给予养殖户贴息贷款,根据村情、村貌有序发展庭院科学养殖;村委会按照土地使用性质,合理规划建设养殖园区,并提供优惠政策吸引企业投资建设牲畜屠宰车间,同时聘请养殖方面专家、技术人员对养殖户进行技术培训,鼓励外出务工困难的农民从事养殖业等促进园子村养殖产业发展的建议措施。

A survey of cattle and sheep farmers in Yuanzi Village found that farmers have a high enthusiasm for raising cattle and sheep,but there are problems such as outdated breeding technology,extensive management,and market information blockage.In response to the issues,it is proposed that the government should provide guidance and policy support in implementing the rural revitalization strategy,provide discounted loans to farmers in financial policies,and orderly develop courtyard scientific aquaculture based on the village situation.The village committee shall reasonably plan and construct breeding parks based on the nature of land use,and provide preferential policies to attract enterprises to invest in the construction of livestock slaughterhouses;At the same time,it is recommended to hire experts and technical personnel in the field of aquaculture to provide technical training to farmers,and encourage farmers who have difficulty working outside to engage in aquaculture and other measures to promote the development of the aquaculture industry in Yuanzi Village.
