美国高校图书馆数字学术服务平台建设现状及启示

Present Situation and Enlightenment of Digital Scholarship Service Platforms in American University Libraries

图书馆数字化转型背景下,数字学术服务平台建设是我国高校图书馆学术服务的新趋势。文章以美国高校图书馆为调研对象,对其数字学术服务平台的数字基础设施、数据管理、服务内容和嵌入场景的AI技术进行系统调研,剖析平台建设要素。借鉴美国建设经验,我国高校图书馆数字学术服务平台建设可从4个方面入手:整合基础设施,形成中央化管理;打通全域数据流,实现数据治理;嵌入生命周期流程,重塑服务模式;融合智能技术,扩展智能场景应用。

In the context of the digital transformation of libraries,the intelligent transformation of digital scholarship service platforms has become a new trend for academic services of university libraries in China.This article focuses on the digital academic service platforms in American libraries,conducting a systematic investigation into their digital infrastructure,data management,service content,and Al technologies embedded,and analyzes the elements of platform construction.Drawing on the construction experience of the United States,it is proposed that the construction of digital scholarship service platform can start from:integrating infrastructure for centralized management,establishing seamless data flow for data governance,embedding in the life-cycle process to reshape service models and integrating intelligent technology to expand intelligent application scenarios.
