现代产业学院是教育资源市场化配置和产教深度融合的创新模式。基于经济学中的产业关联理论和资源配置理论,现代产业学院的投入具有递增性、直接性、超前性、前移性等特征,现代产业学院的产出是系统培养一定规模的有思想、懂管理、尚技能的产教融合型高素质技术技能人才。理想的现代产业学院效益提升的路径包括:提升企业发展效益、提升学校竞争力(名誉)收益、提升个人能力收益、提升社会价值收益。
