摘要
引进或培养博士教师是高职院校打造高水平教师队伍的重要抓手。对X职业学院3名博士的扎根研究表明:高职院校博士教师缺乏有效学术资源支撑,学术能力发展不足;责任能力被放大,非学术能力发展机会较多;考核评价不严,发展压力不大;职称职务晋级艰难,发展效度有限。基于现实困境,从三个方面提出了建议:博士教师需增强高职院校教师的职业认同,深化科教融汇,提升综合素养;高职院校需优化资源配置,实施分类评价,对博士教师进行精准化培养;政府部门需优化类型定位,探索建立面向高职师资队伍建设的专业博士教育体系。
The introduction or training of doctor teachers is an important starting point to build a high-level teacher team in higher vocational colleges.The grounded research on the three doctors in X Vocational College shows the doctor teachers in higher vocational colleges lack effective academic resources and support,and the development of their academic ability is insufficient.Namely,the academic responsibility undertaken by them has been enlarged,but non-academic ability development opportunities have become more;the evaluation of them is not strict,so their development pressure is not high;the promotion of professional titles is difficult and the development validity is limited.Therefore,as a doctor teacher,it is necessary to enhance the professional identity of teachers in higher vocational colleges,deepen the integration of science and education,and improve the comprehensive quality.As a higher vocational college,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of resources,implement classified evaluation,and carry out precise training for doctoral teachers.As a government department,it is necessary to optimize the type orientation and explore the establishment of a professional doctoral education system for the construction of higher vocational teachers.
