高职院校教师教学创新团队建设评价指标体系构建与实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 高职院校教师教学创新团队作为高职教育改革创新的主力军,科学评估和准确把握其建设水平,有利于高质量推进“双高计划”建设。但目前缺乏并迫切需要能够对创新团队建设进行完整且系统评估的指标体系。基于CIPP模型,从背景、输入、过程和成果四个维度构建评价指标体系,采用综合评价法对高端装备机电一体化专业创新团队协作共同体5家高职团队进行实证研究。该指标体系可有效区分和系统评估各团队建设状况,实证结果显示:协作共同体建设水平整体较好,但存在明显的组间差异,各创新团队在维度建设上各有优势与不足。为进一步推进高职教师教学创新团队建设,建议从完善评价制度建设、坚持短板优先原则、有的放矢开展培训等方面进行改进。 As the main force of higher vocational education reform and innovation,the scientific evaluation and accurate grasp of the construction level of teachers teaching innovation teams is conducive to promoting the construction of double-high quality.At present,there is a lack of an urgent need for a complete and systematic evaluation of the innovation team building index system.Based on the CIPP model,an evaluation index system was established from four dimensions:background,input,process and achievement.An empirical study was conducted on 5 higher vocational teams in the collaboration community of high-end equipment mechatronics professional innovation teams by comprehensive evaluation method.The index system can effectively distinguish and systematically evaluate the construction status of each team.The results show that the overall level of cooperative community construction is good,but there are obvious differences between groups,and each team has its own advantages and disadvantages in dimension construction.In order to further promote the construction of innovation teams in higher vocational colleges,it is suggested to improve the construction of the evaluation system,adhere to the principle of giving priority to weaknesses,and carry out training with targeted goals.
