摘要
加强职业生涯规划与心理健康融合教育是新时代教育改革的必然趋势,是提升学校人才培养质量的应有之意,是解决学生身心健康发展问题的实践诉求。针对职业生涯规划教育忽略人格培养、课程体系不够完善、教学与社会需求相脱节等问题,重庆市女子职业高级中学遵循职业教育发展规律和人的成长规律,坚持系统性原则、主体性原则、阶段性原则、实践性原则,基于课程统整理论、全人教育理念、积极心理学理论,探索构建了包含信息技术平台、四级课程网络、师资体系在内的职业生涯规划与心理健康融合教育模式,并从理念融合、课程融合、手段融合、师资融合四个方面提出具体的实践路径。
Strengthening career planning and psychological health integration education is an inevitable trend of education reform in the new era,it is the proper meaning of improving the quality of school personnel training,and it is a practical appeal to solve the problem of students'physical and psychological health development.Aiming at problems such as career planning education ignoring personality training,insufficient curriculum system,and disconnection between teaching and social needs,Chongqing Women's Vocational Senior High School follows the law of vocational education development and the law of human growth,adheres to the principles of system,subjectivity,stages and practice,based on the theory of curriculum integration,the concept of whole-person education,and the theory of positive psychology,a career planning and mental health integration education model including an information technology platform,a four-level curriculum network,and a teacher system has been explored and constructed,and put forward specific practical paths from concept integration,curriculum integration,method integration and teacher integration.
