摘要
采用家庭环境量表、心理健康量表及职业价值观量表对黑龙江省高职院校的963名学生进行调查,结果发现:家庭环境对高职学生的心理健康及职业价值观有显著影响;高职学生性别、年级的不同在心理健康与职业价值观上有显著差异;家庭关系与个人成长对学生心理健康影响显著;家庭关系与外部环境对学生职业价值观影响显著。基于研究结果提出相应对策:注重实践能力培养;强化就业指导力度;加强心理健康教育;充分发挥家庭育人功能。
A survey was conducted on 963 students in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province using the Family Environment Scale,Mental Health Scale and Occupational Values Scale.The results showed that the family environment had a significant impact on the psychological health and occupational values of vocational college students.There are significant differences in psychological health and professional values among vocational college students based on gender and grade.Family relationships and personal growth have a significant impact on student's mental health.Family relationships and the external environment have a significant impact on students'professional values.Based on the research results,relevant countermeasures are proposed:emphasizing the cultivation of practical abilities,strengthening employment guidance efforts,strengthening mental health education,and fully leveraging the family's educational function.
