摘要
用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了无取向硅钢热轧板在不同压下率下的组织、织构和磁性能。结果表明:提高热轧精轧段后两道次压下率后,热轧板表层形成了大尺寸晶粒,心部纤维组织消失,次表层到心部形成形状不规则的变形组织,表层立方织构与旋转立方织构分别达到2.90%与2.49%;常化、退火后织构仍以立方与高斯织构为主,立方织构与高斯织构含量增加,而不利织构铜型织构含量降低;热轧精轧段压下率提高后,成品板平均晶粒尺寸有所增大,达到101.69μm,铁损值降低了0.091W/kg,磁感应强度提高了0.013T。
The microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel in different reduction rate were investigated by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that large grains appear on the surface of the hot rolled plate after increasing the last two pass reduction rate during hot rolling,the fiber structure in the heart disappears,and the irregular deformation structure is formed from subsurface layer to heart,and the content of cubic texture and rotated cube texture in the surface layer reaches 2.90%and 2.49%respectively.After normal and annealing,the texture is still mainly cube texture and Goss texture,the content of cube texture and Goss texture are increased,while the content of unfavorable copper type texture decreases.The average grain size of finished products increases after increasing the reduction rate in finish rolling,which reaches 101.69μm,the iron loss is decreased by 0.091W/kg,and the magnetic induction intensity is increased by0.013 T.
