四川省5所三级甲等医院心内科护士生涯成功感现状及与逆境商、敬业度的相关分析

Analysis on status quo of career success and its correlation with adversity quotient and engagement in cardiology department nurses from five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province

目的调查三级甲等医院心内科护士逆境商、敬业度与生涯成功感现状及相关性,并分析敬业度在护士逆境商与生涯成功感间的中介作用。方法采取便利抽样的方式,于2022年5—6月采用一般资料调查表、逆境商量表、敬业度量表和生涯成功感量表对四川省5所三级甲等医院217名心内科护士进行调查,采用AMOS 24.0软件进行中介效应分析。结果四川省5所三级甲等医院217名心内科护士逆境商得分为(141.58±16.57)分,敬业度得分为(31.54±8.72)分,生涯成功感得分为(36.11±8.64)分。单因素分析显示,不同性别、婚姻状况、教育水平、职称、心内科工龄、岗位类别的心内科护士逆境商得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同婚姻状况、教育水平、合同类型、职称、心内科工龄、岗位类别的心内科护士敬业度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);不同性别、教育水平、合同类型、职称、心内科工龄、岗位类别的心内科护士生涯成功感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关分析显示,逆境商、敬业度和生涯成功感总分及各维度得分两两均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。中介效应分析显示,敬业度在逆境商与生涯成功感之间具有部分中介作用,中介效应为0.105,中介效应占总效应的19.41%。结论四川省三级甲等医院心内科护士生涯成功感水平有待进一步提升,逆境商与敬业度对其具有正向促进作用,护理管理者应加强护士逆境商培养,以提升其敬业度和工作投入,促进护士生涯成功感。

Objective To investigate the status and correlation of adversity quotient,engagement and career success of nurses in cardiology department of grade-A tertiary hospitals,analyze the mediating role of engagement in adversity quotient and career success of nurses.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to investigate 217 nurses in cardiology department of five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province from May to June 2022 with general information questionnaire,adversity quotient scale,engagement scale and career success scale.The mediating effect was analyzed by AMOS 24.0 software.Results The score of adversity quotient of nurses incardiology department of grade-A tertiary hospitals was(141.58±16.57)points,the score of engagement was(31.54±8.72)points,and the score of career success was(36.11±8.64)points.The univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of adversity quotient among cardiology department nurses with different gender,marital status,education level,professional title,length of service in and job category(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the engagement scores among cardiology department nurses with different marital status,education level,contract type,professional title,length of service in the department of cardiology,and job category(all P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the career success scores among cardiology department nurses with different gender education level,contract type,professional title,length of service in department of cardiology,and job category(all P<0.01).The correlation analysis showed that the total score and each dimension score of adversity quotient and the total score and each dimension score of engagement were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension score of career success(all P<0.05).The mediating effect analysis showed that engagement partially mediated the relationship between adversity quotient and career success,with the mediating effect of 0.105,accounting for 19.41%of the total effect.Conclusion The career success level of nurses in cardiology department of grade-A tertiary hospitals needs to be further improved,and adversity quotient and engagement have a positive role in promoting it,so nursing managers should strengthen the training of nurses'adversity quotient to improve their engagement and work engagement and promote the career success of nurses.
