“三全育人”理念下高校组织育人的现实困境与路径创新——以成都中医药大学为例

摘要 组织育人是新形势下高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要手段之一,也是落实“三全育人”理念的重要内容。当前高校组织育人所面临着基层党组织政治功能发挥不够、组织育人体系尚未健全、组织育人形式单一、组织育人合力还未形成等现实困境,成都中医药大学聚焦“引领、强基、内涵、协同”,切实发挥组织育人实效,为高校思想政治教育工作提供参考。 Organizational Education Mode is an important means to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities under the new situation,and it is also an important content to implement the concept of"Three Complete Education".At present,the organization education of people in colleges and universities is faced with the real dilemma that the political function of grass-roots party organizations is not enough,the system of organization education is not yet sound,the form of organization education is single and the synergy of organization education is not yet formed.The work of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine provides reference.
