组织育人是新形势下高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要手段之一,也是落实“三全育人”理念的重要内容。当前高校组织育人所面临着基层党组织政治功能发挥不够、组织育人体系尚未健全、组织育人形式单一、组织育人合力还未形成等现实困境,成都中医药大学聚焦“引领、强基、内涵、协同”,切实发挥组织育人实效,为高校思想政治教育工作提供参考。
