新时代医药类博士研究生党建工作模式创新实践

Research on the Innovative Practice of the Party Construction Work for Doctor Postgraduates in Medicine in the New Era

高校博士研究生作为高学历、高层次群体代表,正逐渐成长为我国科研创新的主力军,是我国未来经济和社会发展的中坚力量。博士研究生党建质量是高校研究生培养质量工程的重要抓手。文章以成都中医药大学药学院博士研究生党支部的具体工作为例,聚焦如何发挥研究生党支部的战斗堡垒作用,采用“君臣佐使”工作法,抓实研究生党建工作,培养造就德才兼备的高层次人才。

Doctor postgraduate students,as high educated and high-level group representatives,are gradually growing into the main force of scientific research innovation,future economic and social development in our country.The quality of Party construction for doctoral students is an important starting point for the quality project of graduate education in universities.This paper takes the specific work of the Party branch of doctor postgraduate students in the College of Pharmacy of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,focuses on how to give play to the role of party branches as fighting fortresses,and adopts the working method named“monarch,minister,assistant and guide”to do well the party construction work and cultivate high-level talents with both virtue and ability.
