The Path Choice of High-Quality Development of Local Universities

党的二十大胜利召开,大会提出“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务”,对“实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑”做出了一体化设计,为地方高等院校高质量发展指明了方向、提供了遵循。地方高校作为承担人才培养、科技创新和服务区域经济社会发展的重要力量,必须坚持以党的二十大精神为引领,坚持立足地方、服务地方办学功能定位,围绕高质量发展目标任务,坚持党的全面领导,创新教师队伍建设,深化学科专业发展,扩大对外合作开放,全面落实立德树人根本任务,为推进中国式高等教育现代化贡献力量。

The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held successfully.The conference put forward that"high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,"and made an integrated design for"implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the support of talents for modernization,"which pointed out the direction and provided guidance for the high-quality development of local colleges and universities.As an important force to undertake talent training,scientific and technological innovation and serve regional economic and social development,local colleges and universities must adhere to the guidance of the spirit of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,adhere to the functional orientation of serving local schools,focus on high-quality development goals and tasks,adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,innovate the construction of teachers,deepen the development of disciplines and specialties,expand foreign cooperation and opening up,fully implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and contribute to the modernization of Chinese higher education.
