摘要
学生组织是高校教育管理的重要组成部分,是高校整体建设必不可少的重要一环。学生组织自治是学生组织发挥其主动性、积极性,更好地发挥自身纽带作用的重要渠道。本文拟结合学生发展理论,从学生全面发展的角度出发,确定科学合理的制度目标,提升组织领导与创新能力,通过构建测评模型与考评体系的方式,营造舆论氛围与组织环境,为更好的引导学生组织自治提供有益借鉴。
Student organization is an important part of the school education management system,and is an essential part of the overall construction of the school.The autonomy of student organizations is an important way for student organizations to play their initiative,enthusiasm,and better play their role.At present,research on student autonomy organization has achieved certain results,but relatively speaking,the organization and system of management over centralized;lack of autonomy consciousness;lack of clear positioning on the the construction and development,need to improve the top-level design,role orientation,operation etc.According to the students'development theory,determine the target system of scientific and reasonable from the students'comprehensive development perspective,play a leading organization and control role;transformation absolute management into indirect guidance,improve organizational leadership and innovation ability;construction of evaluation model and evaluation system,to create a public opinion atmosphere and organization environment,provide a useful reference for the construction of leading students autonomous organization better.
