基于监测数据的杭州粉砂土地层盾构隧道开发风险研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着杭州城建规模不断发展,地铁逐渐成为推动杭州发展的重要方面,但地铁隧道施工过程中工程事故层出不穷,而杭州地区又大量分布着粉砂土,其结构松散、稳定性较差,因此对粉砂土地区盾构隧道开挖进行风险研究具有重要意义。针对粉砂土特点,分析粉砂土地区盾构隧道风险及其原因,在已有的盾构隧道安全风险评价方法的基础上,建立粉砂土地区盾构隧道风险评价体系,其中将隧道施工监测数据纳入风险评价体系中,采用熵权法利用数据熵值信息计算隧道监测数据风险权重,采用层次分析法计算其他风险权重,而后引入风险指标隶属度并采用模糊综合评价法确定盾构隧道总体风险。最后以杭州地铁7号线城站站—江城路站盾构隧道项目为例,利用所建立的盾构隧道风险评价体系,结合实时监测数据,计算各风险权重、隶属度,并对该盾构隧道项目总体风险情况进行模糊综合评价。 With the development of Hangzhou urban construction scale,the subway has gradually become an important means of promoting the development of Hangzhou.However,engineering accidents occur frequently during the subway tunneling.There is a large amount of silty sand distributed in the Hangzhou area.The silty sand has loose structure and limited stability.This study provided a comprehensive overview of the existing safety risk assessment methods of shield tunnels.Subsequently,an innovative risk assessment framework was introduced.Notably,this research incorporated tunnel construction monitoring data into the risk assessment system for the first time.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the risk weight of tunnel monitoring data by utilizing data entropy information.Following this,the membership degree of risk index was introduced and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the overall risk of shield tunnel.Finally,taking the shield tunnel project of Hangzhou Metro Line 7 Chengzhan Station-Jiangcheng Road Station as an example,the established risk assessment system of shield tunnel was combined with real-time monitoring data.This integration allows for the calculation of risk weight and membership degree,followed by a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation of the overall risk associated with the shield tunnel project.
