基于形态特征和分子数据对微行彩轴甲的比较鉴定

摘要 为评估微行彩轴甲Falsocamaria microdera的形态学分种依据,同时为分支可靠性评估参数在小数据集多基因联合分析中的应用提供参考。基于形态特征和分子数据(COI;Cytb;16S rDNA)使用多个系统发育分析软件进行多基因联合分析。结果表明,形态学特征和分子数据均支持微行彩轴甲不同鞘翅颜色个体属于同一个种,其中鞘翅靛蓝色个体与黑色个体在种内亲缘关系上最近。另外,相较于单基因系统发育分析,多基因联合数据分析更具优势,其基因一致性因子(gCF)和位点一致性因子(sCF)的分支可靠性评估结果未出现异常。微行彩轴甲形态学分种依据成立,位点一致性因子可以在拓扑结构简单的小数据集多基因分析中使用。 In order to evaluate the morphological basis for classifying species of Falsocamaria microdera,and to provide reference for the application of branching reliability evaluation parameters in the multigene phylogenetic analysis in small datasets,this study was based on morphological characteristics and molecular data(COI;Cytb;16S rDNA) to analyze the multigene phylogenetic using multiple phylogenetic analysis software.The results showed that both morphological characteristics and molecular data supported that the individuals of F.microdera with different elytra colors belonged to the same species,the elytra indigo individual was the closest to the elytra black individual in terms of intraspecific kinship.In addition,compared with single-gene phylogenetic analysis,multigene phylogenetic analysis has more advantages,and the branching reliability evaluation results of the site-concordance factor(sCF) and gene-concordance factor(gCF) were normal.It is concluded that the morphological basis for classifying species of Falsocamaria microdera is established,and the site-concordance factor(sCF) can be used in the multigene phylogenetic analysis in small datasets with simple topological structure.
