The Historical Generation and Dialectical Logic of Xi Jinping's Important Discourse on Coordinated Development and Security

发展和安全的关系问题不仅是当前国家治理的关键问题,更是事关国家长远发展的关键所在。通过对新中国成立以来的历届党代会报告,以及十八大以来党中央的重要文献的可视化结果分析,试图以量化分析这一新的方法揭示从发展和安全关系在不同历史情境中从“安全服务于发展”到“发展和安全并重”的历史生成,论证以习近平同志为核心的党中央集体在新的历史发展阶段关于发展和安全辩证关系的科学认识与处理。

The relationship between development and security is not only a key issue in the current national governance,but also the key to the long-term development of the country.Based on the visual analysis of the previous Party congress reports since the founding of new China and the important literature since the 18th CPC National Congress,we try to reveal the historical generation of the relationship between development and security in different historical situations from“security serving development”to“development and security with equal importance”.What's more,with the help of the new method of quantitative analysis,we demonstrate the scientific understanding and processing of the dialectical relationship between development and security in the new stage of historical development by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.
