高压富水地质隧道衬砌结构损伤位置红外跟踪方法设计 被引量:1

Infrared Tracking Technology for Damage Location of Lining Structure in High-pressure and Water-rich Geological Tunnels

摘要 为了优化衬砌结构损伤位置的实时跟踪效果,确保高压富水地质隧道的安全运行,提出高压富水地质隧道衬砌结构损伤位置红外跟踪方法。将热源激励作为半无限体表面的热源,构建无限大物质在线激光激励下的热传导方程,推导隧道衬砌结构表面温度场分布;结合温度场分布结果,利用红外热成像技术构建隧道衬砌结构表面温度场传热控制方程,跟踪高压富水地质隧道衬砌结构的损伤位置;计算隧道衬砌结构红外像面照度,控制红外热成像传热偏差,获取修正后的高压富水地质隧道衬砌结构传热控制方程;结合温度场分布情况,创新性地运用限元校正运算,通过Softmax分类器完成隧道衬砌结构损伤位置的实时跟踪。实验结果表明:该技术可实现隧道衬砌结构表面测温数据的修正,成像偏差控制后的各方向温度分布曲线走势规律相似,且曲线基本重合;可获得隧道衬砌结构温度光谱,并完成损伤位置的跟踪。 In order to optimize the real-time tracking effect of damage location and ensure the safe operation of high-pressure and water-rich geological tunnels,a design of infrared tracking method for the damage location of lining structure of high-pressure and water-rich geological tunnels is proposed.Using heat source excitation as the heat source on the surface of a semi infinite body,a heat conduction equation for an infinite substance under online laser excitation is constructed,and the temperature field distribution on the surface of the tunnel lining structure derived;Based on the temperature field distribution results,the infrared thermal imaging technology is used to construct a heat transfer control equation for the surface temperature field of tunnel lining structure,and track the damage location of the high-pressure and water-rich geological tunnel lining structure,calculate the infrared image illuminance of the tunnel lining structure,control the heat transfer deviation of the infrared thermal imaging,as well as obtain the corrected heat transfer control equation of the high-pressure and water-rich geological tunnel lining structure;Based on the distribution of temperature field,finite element correction operation is used to achieve the real-time tracking of the damage location of tunnel lining structure through Softmax classifier.The experimental results show that the technology can realize the correction of temperature measurement data on the surface of tunnel lining structure,and the trend of temperature distribution curves in all directions after the imaging deviation control is similar,and the curves are basically coincident;The temperature spectrum of the tunnel lining structure can be obtained and the damage location tracked.
