劳动教育融入大学生就业指导的逻辑意蕴及路径 被引量:2

摘要 为解决当前劳动教育课程与大学生的就业指导结合不紧密、劳动价值观淡薄导致大学生就业动力不足、劳动技能缺乏影响大学生的求职信心等问题,从劳动意识、劳动认同和劳动实践三个维度分析了将劳动教育融入大学生就业指导的逻辑意蕴。提出提升大学生就业竞争力三重路径,即重视课程劳育,廓清大学生就业认知;加强思政劳育,激发大学生的就业动力;强化实践劳育,在劳动锻炼中融入大学生就业竞争力。 In order to solve the problems that include the current labor education courses failing to closely integrate with career guidance for college students,the lack of employment motivation of college students due to weak labor values,and the lack of labor skills affecting college students’confidence in job seeking,the logical implications of integrating labor education into college students’employment guidance are analyzed from three dimensions,i.e.,labor awareness,labor identity and labor practice.Moreover,the paper puts forward a three-fold path to improve the employment competitiveness of college students,that is,by attaching importance to curriculum labor education,clarifying college students’employment cognition,strengthening ideological and political labor education,stimulating college students’employment motivation,strengthening practical labor education,and integrating college students’employment guidance into labor training.
