摘要 翼子板摄像头安装位置转角区域在冲压成型过程中先接触板料,A面处于悬空多料状态,应变及走料不均匀,在零件摄像头周边位置产生不同程度的变形缺陷,影响产品外观质量。文章通过实际案例介绍了一种常见的产品设计缺陷,并通过AutoForm软件对工艺方案进行成形性分析,找出最优的工艺方案,消除了外板件面品缺陷,并为后续零件设计及工艺设计提供指导。 The corner area of the mounting position of the fender camera come into contact with the sheet metal first during the stamping process,with the A-side in a suspended and multimaterial state.The uneven strain and material flow result in varying degrees of deformation defects around the camera location,affecting the appearance quality of the product.Through a practical case study,a common product design flaw is introduced,and a formability analysis of the process scheme is conducted using AutoForm software to identify the optimal process scheme.This eliminates the surface defects of the outer panel and provides guidance for subsequent part and process design.
