摘要
食品安全问题日益受到社会的关注,建立科学规范的食品检测体系,提高检测工作质量成为保障食品安全的重要举措。本文阐述了食品检测工作中质量控制的重要性,分析了我国食品检测工作中存在的一些问题,提出了完善检验标准规范、开展跨实验室数据比对、加强检测人员培训考核、规范重复性和再现性试验、采用质控样品监测质量和统计分析实现质量控制可视化等措施。
Food safety issues are increasingly concerned by the society,establishing a scientific and standardized food testing system and improving the quality of testing work have become important measures to ensure food safety.This article elaborates on the importance of quality control in food testing work,analyzes some problems in China’s food testing work,and proposes measures such as improving inspection standards and specifications,conducting cross laboratory data comparison,strengthening testing personnel training and assessment,standardizing repeatability and reproducibility testing,using quality control samples to monitor quality,and achieving quality control visualization through statistical analysis.
