摘要
本研究建立了动物源性食品中12种激素类、硝基咪唑类和酰胺醇类药物残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。结果表明,12种目标药物在0.2~100.0 ng·mL^(-1)呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.995~0.999,定量限为0.1~1.0μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率和精密度均满足相关检测要求。本研究建立的方法可以准确、快捷地对12种激素类、硝基咪唑类和酰胺醇类药物的残留量进行检测。
This study established a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of 12 hormone,nitroimidazole,and amphenicols residues in animal derived foods.The results showed that the 12 target drugs showed a good linear relationship between 0.2 and 100.0 ng·mL^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.995 to 0.999 and a quantitative limit of 0.1 to 1.0μg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate and precision of the spiked drugs met the relevant detection requirements.The method established in this study can accurately and quickly detect the residues of 12 hormones,nitroimidazoles,and amphenicols.
