摘要
新经济背景下,餐饮品牌化战略发展是餐饮行业的必然之路,也是提高其市场竞争力的关键。文章从品牌与品牌化概念入手,分析了四川餐饮品牌化发展的机遇与挑战,并以此为基础,提出了新经济环境下四川餐饮品牌化发展策略,以期能够进一步促进四川餐饮品牌建设与发展,提高四川餐饮行业的市场竞争力,从而调动我国餐饮行业的整体发展与进步。
In the context of the new economy,the development of catering branding strategy is an inevitable path for the catering industry,and it is also the key to promoting and improving its market competitiveness.Starting from the concepts of brand and branding,the article analyzes the opportunities and challenges for the development of Sichuan’s catering branding.Based on this,it proposes the development strategy of Sichuan’s catering branding in the new economic environment,with the aim of further improving the construction and development of Sichuan’s catering brand,enhancing the market competitiveness of the Sichuan catering industry,and mobilizing the overall development and progress of China’s catering industry.
