摘要
食品微生物检验是食品安全监测的重要手段,为保证食品微生物检验工作标准化开展,提高食品安全水平,需积极优化和完善食品微生物检验菌种的标准化管理。本文在分析食品微生物检验菌种特性的基础上,对标准化管理的措施进行了具体的分析,旨在通过标准化管理保证菌种来源的可靠性及溯源性。
Food microbial inspection is an important means of food safety monitoring.In order to ensure the standardization of food microbial inspection work and improve the level of food safety,it is necessary to actively optimize and improve the standardized management of food microbial inspection strains.This paper analyzes the characteristics of food microorganisms to test the bacteria,and specifically analyzes the measures of standardized management,aiming to ensure the reliability and traceability of the source of bacteria through standardized management.
