摘要
文章以生物质材料鸭蛋清为原料,通过微波法快速合成了具有长波长荧光发射的鸭蛋清金银纳米簇(Duck Egg White-AuAg Nanoclusters,DEW-AuAgNCs)。DEW-AuAgNCs可作为能量供体,结晶紫作为受体,建立了一种基于FRET的荧光猝灭法用于检测水产品中的结晶紫(Crystal Violet,CV)。该纳米簇在380 nm激发波长下,最大发射峰位于682 nm。研究发现,DEW-AuAgNCs的荧光光谱与CV的紫外可见吸收光谱有重叠,基于DEW-AuAgNCs和CV之间的荧光共振能量转移作用,DEW-AuAgNCs在682 nm处的荧光被CV选择性的猝灭。该方法具有选择性好、检出限低的优点,在水产品中CV的检测方面有一定的应用前景。
In this paper,DEW-AuAgNCs of duck egg white with long wavelength fluorescence emission were synthesized by microwave method using biomass material as raw material.DEW-AuAgNCs can be used as energy donor and crystal violet as accepter.A FREt-based fluorescence quenching method was established for the detection of crystal violet(CV)in aquatic products.At the excitation wavelength of 380 nm,the maximum emission peak of the nanocluster is located at 682 nm.It was found that the fluorescence spectrum of DEW-AuAgNCs overlapped with the UV-vis absorption spectrum of CV.Based on the fluorescence resonance energy transfer between DEW-AuAgNCs and CV,the fluorescence of DEW-AuAgNCs at 682 nm was selectively quenched by CV.This method has the advantages of good selectivity and low detection limit,and has a certain application prospect in the detection of CV in aquatic products.
