小麦中呕吐毒素荧光定量免疫层析快速检测产品评价

Evaluation of Commercial Fluorescence Quantitative Rapid Test Strips for Detection of Deoxynivalenol

为在基层检测中更加准确地检出小麦中的呕吐毒素,给予收储单位和贸易商有效的参考,本文选择市场占有率较高的4个呕吐毒素荧光定量免疫层析快速检测厂家,对其进行准确度和精密度评价。结果表明,4个厂家产品准确度均有回收率超出80%~120%的结果,A厂家高浓度水平检测结果相对标准偏差超出15%,偏差较大不符合粮食收储要求;B、C、D厂家检测结果精密度较好,但存在整体偏低或偏高的风险。因此各厂家现有产品在收粮现场使用均有瑕疵,各个厂家仍需要进行进一步优化。

In order to more accurately detect vomiting toxins in wheat in grassroots testing and provide effective reference for storage units and traders,this article selects four manufacturers with high market share for fluorescence quantitative immunochromatographic rapid detection of vomiting toxins and evaluates their accuracy and precision.The evaluation results show that the accuracy of the products from all four manufacturers has a recovery rate exceeding 80%~120%.The relative standard deviation of the high concentration level detection results from manufacturer A exceeds 15%,which is relatively large and does not meet the requirements for grain storage;the precision of B,C,D manufacturer’s testing results is good,but there is a risk of overall low or high accuracy.Therefore,the existing products of various manufacturers have defects when used at the grain harvesting site,and further optimization is still needed by each manufacturer.
