摘要
重金属镉作为人体非必需元素,具有一定的生物学毒性,生物半衰期达10~30年,在人体内不断累积会对各器官造成影响并引发各种疾病。在镉暴露中,饮食是人体摄入镉的重要途径。相比其他重金属,镉更易被农作物吸收。基于此,本文综述了镉金属元素的常规检测方法,为食品中镉的检测提供参考。
Cadmium,as a non essential element in the human body,has a certain biological toxicity with a biological half-life of 10 to 30 years.Its continuous accumulation in the human body can affect various organs and cause various diseases.In cadmium exposure,diet is an important pathway for the human body to ingest cadmium.Compared to other heavy metals,cadmium is more easily absorbed by crops.Based on this,this article reviews the conventional detection methods for cadmium metal elements,providing reference for the detection of cadmium in food.
