Research on the Countermeasures of Efficient Cultivation of First-Class Innovation Subjects in Henan Province

【目的】对高效培育河南省一流创新主体存在的问题进行分析,提出一些针对性、可行性建议。【方法】本研究针对高效培育河南省一流创新主体主要矛盾,从人才、投入、平台、政策的精准度等方面进行分析。【结果】分析出高效培育河南省一流创新主体存在创新人才不足、创新资金投入不足、缺乏高能级创新机构、创新政策制定与实施精准度不足等问题。【结论】高效培育河南省一流创新主体,需要引育科技创新人才团队、加大科技创新投入、实施一流创新平台建设、深化改革创设一流创新制度。

[Purposes]To analyze the problems in efficiently cultivating first-class innovation entities in Henan Province and propose some targeted and feasible suggestions.[Methods]This study analyzes the main contradictions in efficiently cultivating first-class innovation entities in Henan Province from the perspectives of talent,investment,platform,and policy accuracy.[Findings]It was analyzed that there are problems in efficiently cultivating first-class innovation entities in Henan Province,such as insufficient innovation talents,insufficient investment in innovation funds,lack of high-energy innovation institutions,and insufficient accuracy in the formulation and implementation of innovation policies.[Conclusions]To foster Henan Province's top-notch innovation organizations effectively,it is essential to draw in a squad of scientific and technological innovators,and to augment investment in scientific and technological advancement.Constructing pioneering innovation platforms and furthering the transformation and formation of pioneering innovation systems should be implemented.
