考虑支撑框架影响的FPU上部模块设计方法优化

摘要 船型浮式生产装置(FPU)在服役过程中会出现中垂、中拱现象,此时主甲板变形对位于其上部的模块产生影响。FPU船体与上部模块之间通常设置有支撑框架,传统设计方法是将船体主甲板上表面变形作为上部模块的位移边界条件进行设计,没有考虑支撑框架的影响,造成上部模块结构设计偏于保守。该研究引入有限元分析方法,对支撑框架进行全尺度模拟,分析支撑框架对船体主甲板变形和上部模块固定端相对位移量关系的影响。研究结果表明,支撑框架实际纵向变形值远小于船体主甲板纵向变形。该研究在有限元分析基础上提出模拟上部模块固定端位移载荷的修正方法。该方法可以提高上部模块结构设计的精确度,降低钢材用量,优化模块空间。 Ship-shaped floating production units(FPU)may appear the phenomenon of sagging and hogging during service,and the deformation of main deck will affect the module located on its upper part.The braced frame is usually set between the FPU hull and the upper module.The traditional design method takes the surface deformation of the hull main deck as the displacement boundary condition of the upper module,without considering the influence of the braced frame,resulting in conservative design of the upper module structure.In this study,the finite element analysis method is introduced to simulate the braced frame on a full scale and the influence of the braced frame on the relationship between the deformation of the main deck and the relative displacement of the fixed end of the upper module is analyzed.The results show that the actual longitudinal deformation value of the supporting frame is much smaller than that of the hull main deck.Based on the finite element analysis(FEA),a correction method is proposed to simulate the displacement load of the fixed end of the upper module.This method can improve the precision of the upper module structure design,reduce the amount of steel and optimize the module space.
