一种FPSO外输采样系统优化方案

An Optimization Scheme of FPSO Export Sampling System

FPSO外输计量自动采样系统的作用是在原油外输期间,对外输原油均匀取样,然后由化验人员对取样原油进行化验,确定外输原油品质。为了保障原油外输的稳定性,避免因原油外输出现问题导致的减产,对原油外输过程中经常出现问题的采样系统进行研究。该文主要介绍采样系统取样开关在使用时经常出现的问题,通过与其他在用系统中更加稳定的压力检测元件比较,对采样开关进行换型优化:在有效利用原系统架构和功能的情况下,将微动式压力开关升级为压力变送器。采用压力变送器后,有效避免了原压力开关带来的一些问题,提高了原油外输的稳定性。该升级思路,对其他同类型设备,或其他压力开关问题有借鉴和指导意义。

The function of the FPSO export metering automatic sampling system is to evenly sample the exported crude oil during the export of crude oil,and then the laboratory personnel will test the sampled crude oil to determine the quality of the exported crude oil.In order to ensure the stability of crude oil export and avoid the reduction of production caused by the problem of crude oil export,the sampling system which occasionally encounters problems in the process of crude oil export is studied.This paper mainly introduces the common problems that often occur in the use of the sampling switch in the sampling system.By comparing with other more stable pressure detection components,the sampling switch is changed and optimized.Under the condition of effective use of the original system architecture and functions,the micro-motion pressure switch is upgraded to a pressure transmitter.After using the pressure transmitter,some problems caused by the original pressure switch are effecting avoided,and the stability of crude oil export is improved.This upgrade idea has reference and guiding significance for other similar equipments,or other pressure switch problems.
