山东省人口与区域经济耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Population and Regional Economy in Shandong Province

开展山东省人口与区域经济耦合协调性研究,是对其人口与经济协调发展的全面摸底,更是实现人口规模质量与经济转型匹配的必然要求。文章构建人口与区域经济耦合协调发展评价指标体系,借助耦合协调模型测度并剖析其空间演化特征。研究发现:山东省人口与区域经济耦合协调发展对应技术适宜性自西向东降低;人口与区域经济发展耦合协调度区域差异显著;人口与区域经济发展耦合协调度偏低,人口素质亟待提高;人口红利丧失,老龄化问题严重。由此提出以青岛为中心城打造东部区域协同创新城市群、加速产业梯度转移促进中西部地区人口与经济提质增效、加速推进“人才红利”转变并强化高层次人才吸引力、加速推进银色产业建设并树立积极向上老年观的改进路径。

Conducting research on the coupling and coordination of population and regional economy in Shandong province is a comprehensive understanding of the coordinated development of population and economy,and it is also an inevitable requirement to achieve the match of population size,quality,and economic transformation.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the coupling and coordinated development of population and regional economy,and uses the coupling and coordination model to measure and analyze its spatial evolution characteristics.Research has found that the technological suitability for the coordinated development of population and regional economy in Shandong province decreases from west to east;there are significant regional differences in the coupling and coordinated scheduling of population and regional economic development;the coupling and coordination between population and regional economic development is relatively low,and the quality of the population urgently needs to be improved;the loss of population dividend and serious aging problem.Therefore,it is proposed to build a collaborative innovation urban cluster in the eastern region with Qingdao as the central city,accelerate the gradient transfer of industries to promote population and economic improvement and efficiency in the central and western regions,accelerate the transformation of"talent dividends"and strengthen the attractiveness of high-level talents,accelerate the construction of the silver industry,and establish a positive and upward outlook on the elderly.
