服务榆林能源化工产业发展的高职化工类专业群建设研究与探索

Research and Exploration on the Construction of Chemical Specialty Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges Serving the Development of Yulin Energy and Chemical Industry

榆林职业技术学院地处国家级能源化工基地,每年为区域能源化工企业输送大量的专业技术人才。近年来,随着榆林能源化工产业结构的升级和转型,学生培养质量远远不能满足企业需求,提升专业核心竞争力和提高学生培养质量是学院亟待解决的问题。根据国家提出关于建设专业群的要求和文件精神,积极打造符合榆林能源化工产业发展需求的化工类专业集群则是提高专业人才培养质量的重要途径。文章通过对化工类专业群建设背景分析,提出了建设目标,并详细介绍了建设内容、举措与成效。

Yulin Vocational and Technical College is located in the national energy and chemical industry base,and delivers a large number of professional and technical talents for regional energy and chemical enterprises every year.In recent years,with the upgrading and transformation of Yulin’s energy and chemical industry structure,the quality of student training is far from meeting the needs of enterprises.It is an urgent problem for the college to enhance the core competitiveness of majors and improve the quality of student training.According to the requirements and the spirit of the document on the construction of professional clusters put forward by the state,it is an important way to improve the quality of professional personnel training by actively building chemical professional clusters that meet the development needs of Yulin’s energy and chemical industry.Based on the background analysis of the construction of chemical engineering specialty groups,this paper puts forward the construction objectives,and introduces the construction contents,measures and results in detail.
