水下产品三维技术能力提升及应用研究

摘要 目前三维技术已经在多行业得到全面的应用和发展,而针对海洋工程复杂装配体的工程设计中,水下产品的建模仍然缺少丰富的案例和建模经验,如何能够将三维技术,应用到当前大型复杂装配体中,从而完善设计环节,解决结构和总体、机械两条线并行的问题,针对专业接口容易出错,效率低的情况,规范三维建模的体系化标准化,并以计算机辅助设计修改,提升设计效率。文章以某水下产品的设计过程所遇到的困难为例,通过论述三维建模在水下产品设计阶段的应用,解决关键问题。 3D technology has been comprehensively applied and developed in multiple industries.However,in the engineering design of complex assembly bodies in marine engineering,there is still a lack of rich case studies and modeling experience in underwater product modeling.How can 3D technology be applied to current large-scale complex assembly bodies to improve the design process,solve the problem of parallel structure,overall,and mechanical lines,and address the issue of error prone professional interfaces.In the case of low eff iciency,standardize the systematization and standardization of 3D modeling,and use computer-aided design modif ications to improve design eff iciency.This article takes the diff iculties encountered in the design process of a certain underwater product as an example,discusses the application of 3D modeling in the design stage of underwater products,and solves key problems,providing reference cases for future design and construction.
