摘要
石墨烯由于拥有较高的表面积、光学、电学和磁学独特的性质,已成为普遍用于生物传感器领域的纳米材料,用来提高灵敏度、检测限并缩短分析时间。文章基于近5年国内外关于石墨烯生物传感器在医学检测中的研究,综述了石墨烯及其衍生物的性质,例举了一些有代表性的关于葡萄糖、过氧化氢、多巴胺的电化学检测方法,阐明了这些生物传感器的作用机理,以及使用石墨烯或石墨烯复合材料的原因。
Graphene nanomaterials have been widely used in biosensors to improve sensitivity,detection limits and analysis times due to their unique properties such as high surface area and optical,electrical and magnetic properties.Based on the recent 5 years’research on graphene biosensors in medical detection in home or abroad,this paper reviews the properties of graphene and its derivatives,cites some representative electrochemical detection methods for glucose,hydrogen peroxide,dopamine illustrates the mechanism of action of these biosensors,and the reasons for using graphene or graphene composites.
