摘要 化工工业是中国国民经济的支柱和基础产业,其生产具有流程复杂、能耗巨大、高温高压、易燃易爆、高腐蚀、高毒性和高污染等特点,节能降耗和安全环保压力很大,是中国制造业供给侧结构性改革的先行领域和绿色发展的主战场。因此围绕“中国制造2025”和“互联网+”,针对化工工业“去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板”,运用信息物理系统、先进过程控制、大数据技术和工业互联网等先进技术,推动生产、管理和营销模式变革,重塑其产业链、供应链、价值链,提升发展动能,全面提高企业安全生产自动化、信息化应用水平,实现企业生产节能降耗,安全稳定高产,对促进制造业提质增效、转型发展具有重大意义。 The chemical industry is the pillar and basic industry of China’s national economy.Its production has the characteristics of complex processes,huge energy consumption,high temperature and pressure,flammability and explosion,high corrosion,high toxicity,and high pollution.Energy conservation,consumption reduction,and safety and environmental protection are under great pressure.It is a leading f ield for the supply side structural reform of China’s manufacturing industry and the main battlef ield for green development.Therefore,centering on“Made in China 2025”and“Internet plus”,aiming at the chemical industry’s“capacity reduction,inventory reduction,leverage reduction,cost reduction,and weakness remedy”,we will use advanced technologies such as information physical systems,advanced process control,big data technology,and Industrial Internet to promote the transformation of production,management,and marketing models,reshape its industrial chain,supply chain,and value chain,and enhance its development momentum,comprehensively improving the automation and informatization application level of enterprise safety production,achieving energy conservation,consumption reduction,safety,stability,and high yield in enterprise production,is of great signif icance for promoting the improvement of quality,eff iciency,and transformation and development of China’s manufacturing industry.
