基于EHS理念的高校化学实验室绿色化管理模式

Green Management Mode of College Chemistry Laboratory based on EHS Concept

化学实验室是高校化学类学科开展科学研究、实践教学以及社会服务的重要阵地,其安全问题直接关系着校园安稳工作。文章分析了高校化学实验室的现状和不足,并提出从配备管理人员、投入硬件设施、建立信息化管理、构建规范制度、加强人员培训、优化实验方案等六方面融入EHS管理理念,将以人为本的安全理念贯穿全过程,以促使化学实验室朝安全、健康、环保的绿色化目标改进。

The chemistry laboratory is an important position for scientif ic research,practical teaching and social services for the chemistry disciplines in colleges and universities,and its security issues are directly related to the stability of the campus.This paper analyzes the current situation and def iciencies of chemical laboratories in colleges and universities,and proposes to integrate EHS management concepts from six aspects,including management personnel,investment in hardware facilities,establishment of information management,construction of standardized systems,strengthening of personnel training,and optimization of experimental programs.The people-oriented safety concept is applied throughout the whole process,so as to promote the improvement of the chemical laboratory towards the green goal of safety,health and environmental protection.
