摘要
随着国家环保政策的收紧,工业生产项目尾气达标排放对企业的正常运行起到关键作用。根据氨气易溶于水、易挥发的物理特性,通过负压风管及集气罩,将浸渍工序有组织排放及无组织排放的废气氨气通过不锈钢集气管道收集,以纯水为洗涤介质,经过三级洗涤塔洗涤,达到氨气尾气的回收。根据工艺特点,洗涤塔回收的氨气达到一定浓度后可继续回收利用。该处理工艺的工程实施既达到了尾气处理的目的,回收氨水再次利用也节约了成本,降低了环保设施的运维费用。
With the strict national environmental protection policy,the tail gas emission of industrial production projects plays a key role in the normal operation of enterprises,through the negative pressure air duct and the air-collecting cover,the exhaust gas from the impregnation process,which is discharged in an organized way and discharged in an unorganized way,is collected through the stainless steel air-collecting pipeline,and the pure water is used as the washing medium,and is washed through a three-stage washing tower,to achieve the recovery of ammonia tail gas.According to the process characteristics,the ammonia gas recovered from the scrubber can be recycled after reaching a certain concentration.The project implementation of the treatment process has achieved the goal of tail gas treatment,recycling of ammonia water also saves costs,reducing the cost of environmental protection facilities operation and maintenance.
