Role and Optimization Measures of Safety Management in Oil and Gas Pipeline Inspection Work

随着我国化石能源需求量的日益增加,管道输送已成为石油与天然气能源运输最重要、应用最广泛的技术手段。管道检测技术对于油气管道的安全生产运行越来越重要。由于没有专业性、完整性、系统化的油气管道检测标准,在检测过程中依旧存在大量的问题与安全隐患。通过从安全管理和技术手段方面开展研究,不断地探索油气管道事故机理,加强生产安全性规划以及管理体制完整性建设,可以有效地提升管道运行的安全性。文章主要介绍安全管理在油气管道检测工作中起到的重要作用,并为石化企业管道的生产提出优化对策,为油气管道的安全稳定运行提供合理建议。

With the increasing demand for fossil fuels in China,pipeline transportation has become the most important and widely used technological means for oil and natural gas energy transportation.Pipeline inspection technology is becoming increasingly important for the safe production and operation of oil and gas pipelines.Due to the lack of professional,complete and systematic oil and gas pipeline inspection standards,there are still a large number of problems and safety hazards during the inspection process.By conducting research on safety management and technical means,continuously exploring the mechanism of oil and gas pipeline accidents,strengthening production safety planning and the construction of management system integrity,the safety of pipeline operation can be effectively improved.This article mainly introduces the important role of safety management in oil and gas pipeline inspection work,and proposes optimization strategies for pipeline production in petrochemical enterprises,providing reasonable suggestions for the safe and stable operation of oil and gas pipelines.
