摘要
文章通过测定DPPH、OH-和超氧阴离子三种自由基的清除能力,研究鬼针草中多糖的抗氧化活性。其中,清除DPPH自由基的能力测定采用DPPH自由基清除法,清除羟自由基的能力测定采用水杨酸捕获法,清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力测定采用邻苯三酚法。实验结果表明,鬼针草多糖在不同的抗氧化体系中均表现出一定的抗氧化活性,并且抗氧化活性随着浓度的增加而增强。在实验浓度范围内,鬼针草多糖对DPPH自由基的清除能力约为VC试剂的1/50;对羟自由基清除能力约为VC试剂的1/5;对超氧阴离子自由基清除能力约为VC试剂的1/10。文章中抗氧化活性研究结果可为研究鬼针草多糖的药理作用以及开发利用鬼针草多糖提供一定的科学依据。
In this paper,the scavenging ability of DPPH,OH-and superoxide anion was determined to study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides in bidens pilosa.Among them,the ability to remove DPPH radicals,hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals,was determined by DPPH radical scavenging,salicylic acid capture and pyrogallol method.The results of antioxidant activity tests indicated that the anti-oxidation activities of bidens pilosa polysaccharides in different anti-oxidation systems showed some antioxidant activity,and the antioxidant activity have a positive correlation with the concentration.In the experimental concentration range,the scavenging ability of bidens pilosa polysaccharides to DPPH radical is about 1/50 of that of VC reagent,while the hydroxyl radical and the superoxide anion radicals was nearly 1/5 and 1/10 of the VC reagent correspondingly.The results of its antioxidant activity can provide a scientif ic basis for the study of the pharmacological effects of bidens pilosa polysaccharides and the utilization of bidens pilosa polysaccharides.
