In order to achieve the goal of strengthening enterprises,it is required to innovate methods of cultivating talents independently.The key solution remains to implement the f ive-one-ability improvement project,which involves reading a professional book,solving a practical problem,writing a professional paper on a particular issue,presenting a research report,and applying for a specialized program for industry achievements.The projects intended for narrowing talent gaps diligently and improving knowledge weaknesses.It also aims to help to learn for the profession and improvement by promoting the modest and tenacious spirit of lifelong learning which promotes work eff iciency through learning,practicing and applying.Conducting researches and writing essays can produce achievements and continuously improve professional knowledge,management competence and skill level.The talent cultivation project focuses on improving the ability to solve practical problems,enabling everyone to become an expert in the position and effectively transforming talent advantages into those in innovation,competitiveness and development.
